By using markkët by Club Calima LLC, you’re supporting a community built for creators, small businesses, mystics and art lovers.

We keep things simple:

Respect the policies of the artists and businesses you interact with.

Follow the payment and refund guidelines established by Stripe and supported financial institutions.

Assume good faith by other markkët participants, looking to support creators and small businesses.

Refund Policy

Refunds are determined directly by the artists and their business terms. Markkët can be invited to mediate if there's no settlement, or when requested by a payment processor

Artist-First Approach: We work with creators to handle refund requests according to their terms.

Stripe and Financial Institutions: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies from Stripe or your bank also apply.

We value your privacy and your trust. That’s why we design Markkët with minimal tracking and maximum respect

SMS and Email Communications

SMS: Only used for transactions, delivery reminders, account security, and rare feature updates. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out anytime.

Email: Our main channel for receipts, account notices, newsletters, and updates. You can unsubscribe whenever you like

Security & Commitment

We don’t cut corners or compromise on security, we use DigitalOcean postgres & Valkey managed databases, and Digital Ocean Spaces for object storage

Modern encryption, trusted payment processors, and strong access controls.
