Payouts

Once your Stripe account is verified:

1. Customers place orders on Markkët
2. Payments are processed securely by Stripe
3. Funds are deposited into your connected Stripe account
4. Stripe automatically transfers payouts to your bank according to your payout schedule

Payout timing depends on:

• Your country
• Your bank
• Your Stripe account status
• Risk reviews
• Whether your account is new

Some businesses are eligible for instant payouts, for now most businesses receive payouts within a few business days after payments settle

Marketplace Fees

Depending on your subscription plan and marketplace configuration, Markkët may collect:

• Platform commissions
• Subscription fees
• Processing fees (charged by Stripe)
• Optional service fees

Any applicable platform fees are disclosed before merchants begin selling, and can be reviewed in your Stripe dashboard

Security

Security is one of our top priorities, markkët does not store:

• Credit card numbers
• Bank account credentials
• Government IDs
• Sensitive payment information

Refunds

Refunds can be initiated by merchants through Stripe or with Markkët tools

Depending on the payment method and bank, refunds may take several business days to appear on the customer's statement

Stripe's processing fees may not always be refundable
