Your difficult emotions are not working against you
They’re trying to speak to you
We often rush to replace sadness with happiness, fear with confidence, or anger with positivity
But what if those emotions aren't problems to solve? What if they're invitations? An invitation to slow down.
Ask, “What are you trying to show me?"
Mindfulness doesn't ask us to push difficult emotions away. It teaches us to sit beside them with curiosity instead of judgment
Sometimes the greatest healing doesn't come from changing how we feel
It comes from allowing ourselves to fully feel what has been asking for our attention all along
So today, if a difficult emotion arises, resist the urge to silence it
Take a slow breath
Place a hand on your heart
And simply ask:
"What do you need me to know?"
You might be surprised by the wisdom waiting beneath the discomfort
With Love, Claudia 🥰
