Born and raised in Mexico City and a New York resident for 25 years, Alexandra Zohn, is a Certified Intuitive Eating & Eating Psychology Counselor, holistic health coach, and trauma-informed nutritionist. She has a masters in Food Studies and went to pastry school, so she understands the power of food, not only in nutrition, but as social, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and cultural nourishment.

Her focus is on compassionate, mind-body self-care. She helps people manage stress, improve energy level, mental health, digestion, hormone balance, metabolism, immunity, body image, and overall happiness by developing a more peaceful relationship with food and with the body through lifestyle, mindset changes, listening to the body’s signals, and removing the obstacles that keep them from doing so.

She believes that nutrition and mental health should always go hand-in-hand. She has an anti-diet, weight-neutral approach and supports people who feel overwhelmed with their relationship with food, as well as in recovery from disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, and perimenopausal struggles. She loves herbal medicine, aromatherapy, yoga, and is certified as a psychedelic facilitator.
