HOLA! Soy Paola.

Paola Correa (Pao) is a Colombian-born Sales and Marketing specialist with 10+ yrs of experience building and scaling global sales strategies across North and Latin American markets in the Enterprise SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media space. Pao is currently pursuing her MBA from NYU Stern and is currently an Investment Intern at Harlem Capital.

Prior to moving to NYC, Pao managed the Techstars Miami Accelerator as an Investment Associate where she ran 4 accelerator cohorts, invested in 48 underrepresented early-stage startups, and helped establish Techstars as a leading early-stage investor for tech founders in Miami. Pao also served as the the Head of Partnerships at 500 Global where she sourced, closed, and executed on 500's Global corporate tech Partners for a network of 3,000+ portfolio companies and the Pre-Money Conference in Miami, FL.

Pao also worked on Facebook's Global Business Marketing team in Menlo Park, CA where she helped build and launch the Leaders Network, Facebook's first global network for small business owners.Her sales and marketing expertise spans across Google Adwords & Google for Work Enterprise Sales, as she consulted with enterprise companies across North and Latin America from Google’s HQ in Mountain View, CA. Her experience includes building Prezi's LATAM Sales team as the first Spanish and Portuguese-speaking AE, managing media sponsorships at VentureBeat, and building Sales Bootcamp as employee #4 in San Francisco.

Pao graduated from University of Miami with a B.S. in Strategic Communications & Marketing and studied abroad on Semester at Sea. A committed philanthropist, she is the Co-Chair of LA NUBE LatinX in Cloud Technologies, Board Member of Latinas in Finance, and has also served as Executive Director for TEDxMiami.

She is passionate about being a catalyst for disruptive technology, community building, and Strategic partnership strategies and is actively advocating for Latinx Founders and Innovation across Silicon Valley, Miami, and beyond.
